Return Conditions – What We Cannot Accept
To ensure your return is eligible, please review the conditions below. Returns will not be accepted if:

Worn or Washed: Item has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use.

Missing Tags: Original hangtag is removed or missing.

Altered: Item has been customized, altered, or modified.

Odors: Item carries strong scents (e.g., perfume, smoke, body odor).

Incomplete Packaging: Original packaging, accessories, or gift items are missing.

Late Returns: Item is returned after the 14-day return window.

Final Sale: Item was marked as final sale or non-returnable.

Wrong Item Returned: Item does not match the original order.

Excessive Wear: Item shows damage beyond normal use.

No Documentation: Return is missing a valid return form or proof of purchase.

Misuse: Item is damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.

Inspect Before Removing Tags: Please check for defects or stains before removing the hangtag.

Return Authorization Required: Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact Us
Email tsjbylita@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to begin the process.
2. Prepare Your Return
Repack the item(s) securely with the original packing slip.

3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping, typically around €6.95.
Shipping costs are waived only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, it will go through quality control (up to 5 business days). If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If you haven’t received it within 15 business days, please contact us.
We aim to complete the entire refund process within 14 days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or offline purchases

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it and place a new order once your return is accepted. This is the quickest way to get the item you want.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- With tags and original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
